Akitoshi Nakayama is a Certified Public Accountant in both Japan and the United States. He has over 13 years of experience in audit and advisory services, with a focus on large listed companies in the real estate, manufacturing, automotive, and steel industries. He was also seconded to a global logistics company, where he worked on IFRS adoption projects and post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives.
In addition, he has 8 years of experience in Japanese tax compliance and consulting, providing ongoing support to small and medium-sized enterprises as well as international and foreign-owned companies.
